No logos, trademarks, readable brand text, recognisable artworks or buildings needing releases. 5. Real people/property shown → valid model/property release attached (otherwise do not submit). 6. Batch contains no near-identical variations (one best version per idea). 7. Titles/keywords describe what is visible; no keyword stuffing, no competitor names. 8. Upload volume within the weekly limit shown in the portal. 9. Exactly one contributor account per person. 10. Tax form validated before the first sale is expected. 11. Payout account name matches the account holder. 12. Refusal reasons reviewed before the next batch. ## 3. Tax and payout notes (DE, no tax advice) - Royalties: 33% (photo/vector/illustration), 35% (video). - US withholding: up to 30% without a validated tax form; DE residents can claim treaty rate via W-8BEN (Adobe table lists rates per country). - Payout: minimum 25 USD, first payout earliest 45 days after first sale; 1 credit = 1 USD. - Income is taxable in DE; small-business rules (§ 19 UStG) and possible reverse-charge questions on foreign platform services (§ 13b UStG) should be checked with a tax adviser. ## 4.
