Checklist against removal / account deletion 1. Upload only by a human in the normal web interface; no bots, scrapers, macros. 2. Max 30 uploads per day across all accounts; one account per person. 3. Generator licence allows commercial use; you own the rights. 4. No trademarks, logos, brand names, bands, shows, characters, fan art without licence. 5. No real persons' likeness or names (publicity rights). 6. No copied text (lyrics, film quotes, others' slogans). 7. Content guidelines: no hate, vilification, sexualised content, harmful misinformation; children's clothing designs suitable for all ages. 8. Mature content marked as such. 9. Resolution ≥ ~200 DPI at print size. 10. Never re-upload a work that was removed. ## 4. Tax and payout (DE, no tax advice) - The artist remains the seller (principal); Redbubble collects VAT as marketplace facilitator in e.g. the EU, UK, US and CH where required. - Payout monthly via verified PayPal once the balance after fees reaches 10 USD/EUR/GBP (since 2026-07-01); otherwise it rolls over. Redbubble may request ID, DOB and tax/VAT ID. - Earnings are taxable income; clarify § 19 UStG status with a tax adviser. ## 5.
