## 2. Checklist against removal / account issues
1. Generator licence: unrestricted commercial use.
2. No trademarks, logos, brand names, sports teams, bands, shows, characters.
3. No real persons' likeness or names.
4. No copied text (lyrics, film quotes, slogans of others).
5. Not offensive per community standards.
6. File passes current technical specs before upload (failed attempts cost daily quota).
7. Max 10 attempts per day across Spreadshop + marketplace.
8. Number of active marketplace designs within the publishing limit of the current star class.
9. Titles/tags describe the design; no brand keywords.
10. One partner account per person.

## 3. Tax and payout (DE, no tax advice)
- Spreadshirt is the contracting party for end customers; partners receive a credit note; VAT depends on the stored tax status.
- Payout monthly once the balance reaches the minimum (DE: 10 EUR) via PayPal or SEPA.
- Earnings are taxable income; clarify § 19 UStG status with a tax adviser.
