## Facts

- **AI content allowed:** Conditional – Guidelines do not mention AI explicitly; allowed within originality and IP rules (no third-party characters, brands, lyrics, celebrities).
- **Bot / API operation:** No – Uploading via bot, scraper or other automation without written permission is grounds for immediate, permanent account deletion (linked accounts too). Max 30 uploads per day across all accounts. Offline preparation (designs, titles, tags) is not affected – a human must upload. (official upload/listing API: no)
- **KYC:** Conditional – Verified PayPal account required; Redbubble may request name, address, date of birth, tax/VAT ID and a copy of ID.
- **Fees:** Account and shop free. Deducted only on sales: platform fee Standard 50%, Premium 20%, Pro 0% of monthly earnings; plus 50% of earnings from markup above 20% (Standard/Premium). Fees capped at 150 USD/EUR/GBP per pay period. Default markup 10% of base price.
- **Payout minimum:** 10 USD/EUR/GBP – Since 1 July 2026 (previously 20).
- **Payout methods:** PayPal (verified), Bank (AU/US/UK only)
- **VAT handled by:** Partly platform – Artist remains the principal seller. As marketplace facilitator Redbubble collects VAT/sales tax in e.g. EU, UK, US, CH on goods where required by law.
- **Germany possible:** Yes (inferred) – Bank payouts only AU/US/UK; elsewhere (e.g. DE) via PayPal, EUR payouts possible.
